Teff is a very small cereal originating in Ethiopia and very interesting due to its absence of gluten. It can be mixed with other gluten-free flours in a suitable proportion for use in bakeries and also for recipes for sweets such as cookies, cakes, muffins, pasta and other doughs. Contains great nutritional properties.
